Hello I am Simon. I have been a beekeeper for over five years. It all started when I was living in Northern NSW when a friend of mine who had several hives helped me set up my first bee hive in my back yard. When I moved back to Sydney the hive came along for the road trip. That was an experience in itself. I connected with other beekeepers in the area and luckily found a mentor. I love beekeeping. I learn something new everytime I check the hive. I now have 15 hives throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

I can provide you with honey from your area. Bees have roughly a three kilometre radius from their beehive but can fly further. They pollinate the flowers within that radius. Raw honey, straight from the beehive, contains healthy bee pollen, bee propolis and plenty of antioxidants. Also, eating honey which contains pollen from your local area will prevent allergies.

With sustainability front of mind, the residual bees wax which is extracted when harvesting the honey is used to make candles, beez wax food wraps, lip balm and surfboard wax. The additives added to these products are all organic and sourced locally.
